Black Tie Limousine is celebrating our 7th year in service with a philosophy of going beyond “Customer Service” to “Customer Care”.  Our reputation within the local community has allowed us to expand beyond the usual services provided by limousine services thereby filling a wide range of transportation needs. Barbara K Gronke, owner of Black Tie Limousine has over twenty-six years of experience in transportation.  Tracy Banks, co-owner has nineteen years experience in transportation. This long history of reliable, responsible and safe transportation has placed us as members in good standing with the Round Lake Area, Fox Lake, Barrington, and Wauconda Chambers of Commerce. 

We, here at Black Tie Limousine believe that the customer is always number ONE, and that all of our drivers live our vision of “CUSTOMER CARE”.   We truly care about our customers and it shows.  From maintaining clean vehicles to prompt attention to detail:  our bottom line is we believe in providing the best service.

Our drivers are certified by the State of Illinois. Our pre-employment screening includes finger printing, background checks, drug and alcohol tests, physical examination and an eight-hour course in how to deal with most every situation. We also do random drug tests pursuant to the state guidelines.  Our drivers are also trained in map reading, the SMITH System, and customer care.

Black Tie Limousine carries $1.5 million insurance liability Policy with $100.000 uninsured/ underinsured motorist protection on each vehicle, and up
dated very well maintained fleet.
